After an extensive search for a traditional executive chair, at a reasonable price, I ordered the Flash Furniniture KC C696TG GG - Burgandy Leather chair. The chair has a soft leather and is very comfortable. Nice quality - better than you would expect for the price. Other sites list this as having built in lumbar support which I didn't necessarily depend upon, but it does appear to have good back support. This chair was purchased for a 6'+ man and appears to be very comfortable. Not difficult to put together and looks very nice behind a Mahogony desk. The materials were top notch and top of the line. Very comfortable chair and it looks sharp. However, for the cost, it isn't as good as it should have been. 1. The wood base was clearly damaged. not structural and not horrible, but clearly damaged. not QUITE enough to go through the entire hassel of returning the item, but enough to notice it. Well calculated, I suppose. 2. The craftsmanship wasn't perfect. the screws didn't line up at all and we had to force the top onto the base to get them to insert...to the point that is obvious that the top is pressing into the base with a lot of pressure. Again,not QUITE enough to go through the entire hassel of returning the item, but enough to notice it. Overall its very comfy and looks sharp, but not worth the $$ in my opinion. After being grossly disappointed by an online seating company I decided to try Amazon. I should have known from the beginning that not only would the customer service be outstanding so would the mechandise. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The chair was delivered within days of my order. I couldn't be happier. The leather is top quality and extremely comfortable. Putting it together was a breeze- no problems at all.
